Mary Roberson

Biography

Mary Roberson, has 28 years of dedicated, integrity and vibrant leadership experience. She is the first African American female to become City Manager in the State of Alabama. Her commitment in putting people first is shown in the numerous outreach programs she is involved in which include, the Women Prison Ministry and Prayer team, Board member for Be the Vision Ministry, Grace & Love Transformation and Women of Vision, Excellence and Integrity (WOVEN), all Non-Profit businesses. In an effort to make the City of Fairfield a better place to live and work, she serves on the City’s Planning and Zoning Commission.

She is a graduate of Faulkner University with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Business Management.

Mrs. Roberson, is striving with compassion to serve the City’s number one priorities which are, the Citizens, Businesses and Employees.
